This is to certify that Florence Ai Kamiya, a United States citizen residing within Gila River Relocation Area, is allowed to leave such area on May 18, 1944 and, subject to the terms of the regulations of the War Relocation Authority relating to the issuance of leave for departure from a relocation area and subject to any special conditions or restrictions set forth on the reverse side hereof, to enjoy leave of indefinite duration.
